At Top Florist®, we pride ourselves on providing high quality products, dependable service and good value for money. If you are not completely satisfied with your experience, please report this to us within 5 days from delivery so that we can quickly take the appropriate action.
In the event that you delay contacting us within 5 days of delivery, the resolutions available may be more limited.
If the complaint is for quality reasons, Top Florist® will request photos of the delivered product to be submitted to our Complaints Resolution Team. This can be done via your members page page and must be completed within the specified time window. This allows us to properly investigate the issue and prevent it from occurring again in the future.
Flowers should last between approximately 3-7 days if properly cared for. In order to prolong the flowers lifespan, please ensure they have fresh water and are not exposed to elements such as heat.
Please keep any flowers you are not happy with as we may need to have them returned to the florist to assess any problems.
Quality product is paramount at Top Florist®, which is why some flower types such as Lilies, Tulips, and Roses may arrive closed to prolong their life and protect them in transit. These flowers should show their stunning beauty within 1-3 days.
Occasionally, flower substitutions may be necessary due to the availability of certain flowers in some parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and colour scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value.
Heat & Extreme Weather
Top Florist® cannot be held responsible for events outside of our control, including natural events such as extreme weather. In the event of heat or extreme weather, if no one is home when delivery is made and permission is given to leave flowers unattended, Top Florist® cannot accept liability for any resulting damage.
In the event that you are offered a partial or full refund for your order, these funds will be returned to the same credit card or payment method that was used to place the order. This process may take between 2-7 business days depending on your bank.
If a delivery has been unsuccessful (eg an incorrect delivery address has been provided) a $14.95 redelivery fee may apply. If Top Florist® is in any way responsible for the redelivery, this fee will not apply.
If you wish to change or cancel your order, we advise that you contact us as soon as possible as orders that have left with our couriers may not be able to be modified or cancelled.
Orders which have not yet been prepared by our florists may be cancelled, however a cancellation fee may apply.
Orders which have been prepared but have not left with our courier can be cancelled but may incur a cancellation fee equal to the full price of the arrangement less the delivery fee.
Orders which have been prepared and are in-transit with the courier cannot be cancelled.
Top Florist® supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol. Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence to supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years. It is an offence for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor from another person. Alcohol cannot be left unattended at a property, therefore if a recipient is not at home when a delivery is attempted, the courier will return the alcohol, and flowers if necessary, to the florist to organise a new delivery with the recipient. This may incur a new delivery fee.
Communication by us
As a condition of placing an order with Top Florist®, you consent to us sending you Administrative Emails - these can involve details of account activity and orders you have placed.
All prices on the Top Florist® website are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Except where stated, product prices exclude delivery charges.
A processing fee may apply to orders when using some Credit Cards and other payment methods.
We accept the following credit card and checkout payment options: MasterCard, Visa and intermittently, PayPal. In addition to payment by credit card, Top Florist also offers Zip Pay.
