If I place a flower order, can it be delivered on the same day?

Yes, however orders must be received before 2pm Monday to Friday and 10am Saturday (recipient's time zone) to qualify for same day delivery to most towns and cities across Australia.

What if the recipient isn’t home?

Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve upon their return (such as with a neighbour) or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for delivery.

How do I know if my order has been delivered?

It’s most likely you will receive a phone call from a thankful recipient, however you can also login to your account and view your orders to get the most up-to-date status. Alternatively, you can contact us by phone or via your account to request a delivery confirmation.

How much does it cost to have flowers delivered?

The price you pay can be determined by the delivery postcode you enter, the time in which you need it delivered and the type of gift (flowers, hampers etc). The delivery fee will be added to your order during the order process, prior to payment.

If we receive an incorrect delivery address, we may require an additional fee to reroute your order.

Can you deliver at specific times of the day?

We are unable to accept specific delivery times, with an exception being made for funerals. We aim to have all deliveries to businesses by 5pm, residential addresses by 7pm and schools by 3pm.

What if I'm unhappy with the flowers that were delivered?

The goal is to make our customers as happy as possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your experience with us, please report this to us within 7 days from delivery so that we can quickly take the appropriate action

In the event that you delay contacting us within 7 days of delivery, the resolutions available may be more limited.

So, how do I place an order?

  1. Browse our website and select the product best suited to the occasion. Once you are happy with your choice, select ‘Order Now’.
  2. Select any add-ons you may wish to include with your order.
  3. Enter the recipient’s address, giving as much detail as possible.
  4. Choose your delivery date.
  5. Type the message you want to have included on the gift card.
  6. Enter your own contact details.
  7. Select your preferences if a substitution is necessary.
  8. Review your order and enter your payment details.
  9. All Done! Record your order number and check your email for an order confirmation.

Is there anywhere you don’t deliver?

While it’s uncommon, there are a few remote locations we are unable to deliver flowers to. If a delivery is not possible to your recipients location, we will advise you of this.

Do I need to subscribe to your newsletter to quality for a discounted product?
