Same Day Delivery
Orders must be received by 2pm Monday to Friday and 10am Saturday (recipient's time zone) to qualify for same day delivery to most towns and cities across Australia.
If a delivery is not possible on your requested delivery date, we will advise you of this.
Delivery Dates/Times
Top Florist® deliver Monday to Saturday, as well as some major holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.
Normal delivery times are 9am-5pm for orders going to a business, 7am-7pm for orders to a residence and 8am-3pm for orders going to a school. We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time of day unless the order is for a funeral service.
Delivery Areas and Fees
The delivery fee will be added to your order during the checkout process and the price you pay can be determined by the delivery postcode you enter, the time in which you need it delivered and the type of gift (flowers, hampers etc).
If we receive an incorrect delivery address, we may require an additional fee to reroute your order.
We do not deliver to PO BOX, LOCKED BAG and COMMON BOX addresses.
We cannot accept orders for delivery outside Australia.
Surcharges may apply during peak periods.
What happens if the recipient isn't there when you deliver?
Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve up their return (such as with a neighbour) or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for delivery. Please note if a redelivery is required, a $17.95 redelivery fee may apply.
